Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

🕊️ Eligibility for Return

• Returns must be requested within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
• Item must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, unperfumed, and free of any damage.
• Product tags must remain attached.
• Item must be returned in original Drimbble packaging, including the white luxury box, tissue wrap, and cards.

❌ Items Not Eligible for Return

• Customized, altered, or made-to-order abayas
• Abayas purchased on Final Sale or Clearance
• Items without original packaging or worn items
• Returns submitted after 7 days without approval

🔄 Exchange & Size Issues

We do not offer direct exchanges, but a store credit coupon will be issued equal to the value of the returned item.

• Issued as a one-time-use coupon
• Valid for 60 days
• Cannot be combined with other offers

📦 How to Initiate a Return

1. Email support@drimbble.com
2. Include full name, order number, and reason for return
3. Wait 1–2 business days for approval and instructions
4. Repackage item and ship to the provided address

Once received and approved, we will issue a refund or store credit based on eligibility.

💸 Refunds

• Refunds issued to original payment method within 5–7 business days
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless our error
• Final Sale or customized items are not eligible for refund

🚚 Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless:

• Wrong item was sent
• Item is defective on arrival

We recommend using trackable shipping and keeping your receipt.
